  The NHS Institute for Innovation and Improvement is holding a launch of the Paediatric Global Trigger Tool.
  At the launch you can learn about where and how the tool was developed, and how it can be used. You will be invited to get involved in using the tool to measure the rate of harm and help drive the improvement agenda in Paediatrics, and to help validate it for use in paediatric services throughout the UK.
