Below you will find examples of the supervision forms eg
induction, end of post review etc which can be found on the
e-Portfolio for each trainee.
Supervision forms can only be completed through
the supervisor's own ePortfolio account. They will choose the
trainee for whom they wish to complete a form and enter the
educational supervision page, choosing the appropriate form and
"Create New".
Please note: e-Portfolio
is a separate website from ASSET.
Assessments (CbD, DOPS etc) are completed online using
AsSET, after which they are pulled through to
ePortfolio.
