Change of Enrolment/Trainee Registration Status (SPRs only)

StRs are required by the Gold Guide to be registered / enrolled with the College. Only SpRs are permitted to change their enrolment/ trainee registration status. Please complete your details in the form below. Any fee change will be adjusted via your membership subscription in January.

I understand that this request for enrolment/trainee registration status may result in additional charges. These will be collected using the same payment method as my present membership subscription.
