RCPCH runs a sponsorship scheme particularly geared towards non-EEA doctors who wish to come to the UK for further training and experience in paediatrics, for a maximum of 2 years. 

Hospitals and Trusts across the UK have submitted posts to the scheme. Doctors who are found eligible will be appointed to available posts according to their preferences and clinical interest.

The RCPCH and Voluntary Service Overseas (VSO) collaborate to arrange a number of opportunities each year for trainees and other paediatricians to work in one year placements helping to improve child health in developing countries.
