There are a number of opportunities for non-EEA doctors to come to the UK for training and further experience.  RCPCH runs a sponsorship scheme particularly geared towards non-EEA doctors who wish to come to the UK for 2 years further training and experience in paediatrics.  We link up with UK training providers and hospitals and overseas
paediatric organisations to run this scheme.
