Association of Paediatric Anaesthetists: Good Practice in Postoperative and Procedural Pain
This guideline includes advice on the assessment and management of pain in children aged 0-18 years undergoing surgery or painful procedures in hospital settings. It is particularly relevant to qualified health professionals who are involved in the management of acute pain in children. Recommendations were formulated using the evidence that supported them. Good practice points were based upon clinical experience and opinion of the GDG.
The guideline includes an algorithm for guideline implementation, examples of audit outcomes and implementation advice.

British Society for Paediatric Gastroenterology, Hepatology and Nutrition: The Management of Inflammatory Bowel Disease in Children
This guideline covers good practice in the investigation of Inflammatory Bowel Disease in children and management of Crohn's Disease, Ulcerative colitis and Indeterminate colitis. It makes recommendations for associated aspects of IBD, including nutrition, growth and pain management as well as recommendations on service delivery. Sources of information for parents and carers are presented. The guideline does not cover second line treatment, duration of treatment or advice regarding tapering of Azothioprine.

Royal College Of Obstetricians and Gynaecologists: Management of HIV in Pregnancy
This guideline covers the management of HIV in pregnant women in the UK. It contains recommendations on antenatal HIV screening, interventions to prevent disease progression and prevent mother-to-child transmission of HIV, antenatal care of women with HIV and antenatal complications, as well as management of delivery, postpartum care, pre-pregnancy management and care of the neonate.
