Visiting Fellowships

The Visiting Fellowships were established in 1983. Fellowships are awarded to enable paediatricians from abroad, who need financial assistance to spend up to four weeks visiting clinical centres in the UK to develop their knowledge and exchange good practice.

Developing a revalidation e-system

Information on an Academy of Medical Royal Colleges-funded project to develop an online revalidation portfolio to support paediatricians' collection of evidence for revalidation.

Aims

Development of an RCPCH online revalidation portfolio that meets the needs of paediatricians, with links to the existing online CPD diary system and other related systems.

RCPCH approach

The College is designing and implementing a system to support specialist revalidation that will command the confidence of the public, the GMC and the doctors who participate.    Use the links to move to the relevant section.

Careers fairs

The College hosts careers events across the year as well as having a presence at other external fairs.

These events are a great opportunity to meet the recruitment and careers team who will be able to advise on how the application process works and get advice from current trainees and consultants about career opportunities open to you.
