Welcome.

As chair of the Academic Board, I have the privilege and pleasure of inviting you to the 2013 RCPCH Annual Conference and 6th Europaediatrics, the biennial conference of the European Paediatric Association, at the SECC, Glasgow.

2013 programme highlights

The Europaediatrics congress is the highlight of the activities of the European Paediatric Association and the meeting point of paediatricians, not only from Europe, but from all over the world. The 2013 edition is certainly one not to miss as, for the first time ever, Europaediatrics will be held alongside a national conference, the RCPCH’s Annual Conference, so we encourage you to be part of this unique experience.

We are also delighted to announce that the joint event will be hosted by the vibrant city of Glasgow in 2013, so mark the date in your diary now. All delegates will benefit from having access to, not only the Europaediatrics conference, but all RCPCH sessions.

Make sure you're part of the 2013 conference with an exciting programme which includes prestigious international speakers from, updates on key clinical issues, and the latest paediatric science.

Abstract submission

Finally, the strength of the conference depends not only upon the quality of the programme but also the strength of new science, research and projects which comes from submitted abstracts so I would encourage you to make a note of the abstract submission deadline, 3 January 2013, and invite you to submit your papers.
