Reasons to join
Knowledge, influence and support - You will join over 17,000 members across the UK and internationally who are committed to promoting better child health outcomes through their experience, knowledge and combined influence. We will update you with the latest issues affecting child health - in research, policy and education.
Support your career - Whether you are a medical student, trainee or consultant, we can offer careers advice, training support and continuing professional development tools. Ordinary members and fellows may use the MRCPCH and FRCPCH designations, respectively.
Boost your skills and knowledge - You can get discounted rates for quality-reviewed educational programmes and our Annual Conference and other events. And, you'll have access to a wide range of publications and resources - including the acclaimed peer-reviewed Archives of Disease in Childhood journal (free or available at a reduced rate depending on your membership type) and Paediatric Care Online (for most membership types).
Get involved - You can access College news and updates, including our quarterly print newsletter and email bulletins. Members are welcome to use the members' room at the London office during business hours.
- Work together to make a difference - There are many opportunities to lead and input into many College activities. You can consult on health policy or clinical guidance, join the press panel as a spokesperson, participate in our campaigns or volunteer for our global child health programmes. Members are also invited to apply for College posts on our Council and committees.
