Examination fees 2017

From 2017 due to increasing costs related to clinical exam centres, rises in the cost of travel and accommodation for examiners and patients, in addition to administration costs, it is with regret that fees for the MRCPCH clinical exam have increased by 10% in the UK and by 7% overseas.

The MRCPCH clinical exam is pioneering in that it uses hospital settings and real patients to simulate clinical experiences, making it authentic and true to practice. The costs and resource associated with this activity have steadily increased over time along with an increase in hosting events on weekends.

RCPCH theory examinations will also increase by approximately 6% due to test centre rate increases and again due to administration costs.
