Further important information
Candidates should apply and contact the relevant overseas centre (contact information document above) for further details on applying for the exams. Only candidates applying to sit in Malta should apply directly to the College (see details below).
Please note only a limited number of places are available and the selection of candidates is the responsibility of the overseas centre concerned.
Overseas local centres opening and closing dates may be earlier than those on the overseas calendar. Please contact the centre where you would like to sit to enquire about their dates.
If you are awaiting results for the previous Part 1 exam you may apply for the Foundation exam before receiving the results to your previous Part 1 exam. This will ensure that you do not miss your overseas local centres application period. If you have then passed the exam and no longer need to sit the exam you have applied for, we will return your application and bank draft to you. Please note, we will not accept applications directly, everything must come from the centre.
Applications for Malta are only being accepted directly to the College in the UK for the MRCPCH Foundation of Practice and Theory and Science Papers on 12 February 2013. Please send applications to:

Candidates should apply directly to the addresses given in the document above for application forms and details of the examination, apart from Malta who should see below. Only a limited number of places are available and the selection of candidates is the responsibility of the centre concerned.
If you are awaiting your MRCPCH Part 1 result, you must still send in an application by the above deadline. Unsuccessful candidates will have their application forms and payment returned back to them. If you have then passed the exam and no longer need to sit the exam you have applied for, we will return your application and bank draft to you. Please note, we will not accept applications directly, everything must go via the centre.
