College guide to the process
The College has now issued revised guidance for all those involved in NHS recruitment of paediatricians of consultant or specialty doctor grades.

- NHS HR staff, senior management and clinical staff in recruiting Trusts
- RCPCH Regional Advisers and Subspecialty Advisory Committee members
- Convenors of College recognised specialty groups
- Paediatricians providing external quality assurance of NHS recruitment
- Applicants for consultant grade or specialty doctor grade posts in the NHS.
