International Network of Paediatric Surveillance Units (INoPSU)
INoPSU's mission is the advancement of knowledge of uncommon childhood infections and disorders and the participation of paediatricians in surveillance on a national and international basis.

In the early 1990s, the BPSU methodology was adopted by other countries. Between 1992-1994, units were developed in Australia, Germany, Netherlands, Switzerland and Malaysia. There are now 14 countries that have established units. Since its conception, 10,000 clinicians covering a child population of 50 million have investigated over 200 rare conditions.
