The governing documents of the RCPCH are the Royal Charter, the Bye-Laws, and the Regulations. Also included is the policy on accepting donations.
The Royal Charter was granted to the RCPCH in 1996 when the organisation was established as the successor to the British Paediatric Association. It sets out the RCPCH’s overall objects in improving child health.
