RCPCH in the UK and Republic of Ireland
The College works across the United Kingdom and Republic of Ireland; as well as our main office in London, we have administrative offices in Edinburgh, Cardiff and Belfast.
Each of the 22 College regions in the UK and Republic of Ireland has an elected representative who represents members at Council, the RCPCH governing body. Committees advise on national policy in child health.
The Scottish Committee represents the College in Scotland. The RCPCH Officer for Scotland is Dr Stephen Turner.
Our administrative office is located in central Edinburgh.
The Wales Executive Committee represents the College in Wales. The RCPCH Officer for Wales is Dr Mair Parry, who chairs the Committee and is the President of the Welsh Paediatric Society.
Our administrative office is located in Cardiff Bay.
RCPCH work across Northern Ireland and the Republic of Ireland is led by the Officer for Ireland, Dr Emma Curtis.
There are Regional Representatives for NI (Dr Karl McKeever, who chairs the Northern Ireland Committee) and for ROI (currently vacant).
Our administrative office is located in central Belfast.
There are 14 College regions across England, each with a Regional Representative who represents local membership.
Our main office in London supports our activties across the UK and globally.
The College has a significant membership across the world - with members in 80 countries.
We also work with partners in the UK and overseas to improve the health and wellbeing of children through our global child health programmes.
