The Child Protection Standing Committee is responsible for championing the safeguarding agenda for children and young people. The committee advises on matters relating to child protection – preventing violence, exploitation and abuse against children. It is looking for expressions of interest for both an Assistant Officer and a Looked After Children Representative.
We're also seeking expressions of interest from experienced paediatricians to join the Child Protection Systematic Reviews and Publications Subcommittee. This role will primarily oversee the development of the RCPCH Child Protection Companion, which is available to all members through the Child Protection Portal.
