The Health Improvement Committee is responsible for the College’s child health promotion and prevention of ill health portfolio. The committee sits with the RCPCH Health Policy Team and reports to the Vice President for Health Policy.

This is a brand new committee at the College, which will consider, discuss and advise on how we approach digitial challenges and opportunities. We're seeking member representatives, including one trainee.

Since last year's succesful pilot, we're launching a second phase of a reciprocal mentoring scheme. This gives members from underrepresented groups an opportunity to share their lived experiences with College Officers, while getting valuable leadership advice.

This joint standing committee between RCPCH and Neonatal and Paediatric Pharmacists Group (NPPG) responds to government consultation documents, provides advice to RCPCH members and supports the MedsIQ and Medicine for Children programmes.

The RCPCH has a Certificate of Eligibility to the Specialist Register (CESR) Committee to conduct and oversee the assessment of CESR applications in paediatrics and paediatric sub-specialties on behalf of the General Medical Council.
