Fellows networking event

We invite RCPCH Fellows to the first of this new series of networking events, with lunch, presentations and informal discussions. This one features guest speaker Dame Professor Sue Bailey talking about child mental health and an 'On the Sofa' with children and young people of RCPCH &Us.

What this is about

Dr Carol Ewing takes on duty of host at our first networking event for fellows.Key highlights of the afternoon include

  • Guest speaker Dame Professor Sue Bailey will deliver a session focused around child mental health
  • On the Sofa with RCPCH &Us when children and young people ask the questions on what matters to them - chat show style
  • Dr Carol Ewing will also present a session on advocacy, clinical leadership and engagament
  • Informal discussions and drop-in sessions will cover Paediatrics 2040, child health pledges and #VoiceMatters workshops

Not a Fellow yet?

If you are working in a substantive non-training post and on the GMC or IMC Specialist Register for Paediatrics, you can apply for Fellowship via registration.

If you working in a substantive non-training post but not on either register, you can apply for Fellowship via Election. You'll need to provide references from two proposers who are current RCPCH Fellows (at least one of which must be based in the UK or Ireland) and evidence of distinction.
