Thrive Paediatrics is an RCPCH project which supports you to have a long, happy and thriving career in paediatrics. Under a tsunami of pressure in the NHS, it can be easy to get stuck in a negative spiral of helplessness. But we can all play a part in improving things. Nothing is too big or too small.

This free in-person event offers you a chance to understand some of the science of wellbeing as well as reflect upon your stories of working as a paediatrician. We will demonstrate how to use the RCPCH Roadmap for transforming the working lives of paediatricians to identify themes and highlight ways in which we can begin to activate change.

You will hear from external speakers about the evidence behind wellbeing, kindness and compassion and come away feeling positive and empowered to improve our working lives.

Catering will be provided.
