Membership subscriptions in 2020 frozen for all members, reduced for Ordinary members in training

RCPCH Honorary Treasurer, Liz Marder, announces our first steps to reduce membership subscriptions for trainees. There are no changes in subscriptions for other members and Fellows.

Read on for more information and the 2020 subscriptions by category.

Following careful consideration of the membership categories and fee structure during this year, the RCPCH Executive Committee has agreed to freeze membership subscriptions for all members in 2020, while also offering reducing subscriptions for Ordinary members in training by more than £100.

We are committed to reducing the cost of training in paediatrics and ensuring that trainees pay lower subscriptions than their consultant colleagues. This first step is an important marker in our progress towards achieving that goal, and we hope that our Ordinary members in training will appreciate the significant reduction.

The training fee, which covers access to RCPCH ePortfolio and support from the Training Services team, has also been frozen and will not increase in 2020.

If your working pattern has changed during the last year but you haven’t informed the College, please email by 10:00 (UK time), Monday 16 December.
