Update: 16 December 2020 Our London office is currently closed due to local restrictions. You can see the current status of our office on our COVID-19 and visiting the London office page.
Background
All our offices have been closed since 17 March 2020 due to the COVID-19 pandemic and our entire staff have been working remotely. This has been a huge success and while the majority of staff will continue to work remotely in this period, we know some staff and members are keen to return to our London office.
So we've been working hard over the last few months to ensure this building is COVID-19-secure and get the right systems in place to keep our staff and members safe.
To ensure we can adhere to social distancing measures, we are restricting staff numbers to about 15 per floor (maximum of 60 in the building).
For all visitors - screening questionnaire
If you plan to visit our office, you must complete our short screening questionnaire and return to us at least 24 hours before your planned visit. We will not be able to allow anyone into the building without receiving this form.
Risk assessment
We have developed our workplace risk assessment based on current Government guidance. This outlines our approach to manage the risk of COVID-19 and its impact on our ability to operate from our London office.
We are regularly reviewing this risk assessment, and we and hope to open more fully soon, but our first consideration will always be member and staff safety.
Key safety measures
These include:
- One way system for entry / exit and central core of building
- Enhanced cleaning procedures
- Limited meeting spaces open
- One person per lift rule
- Increase in bike storage
The signed poster, Staying COVID-19 secure in 2020, is displayed at our office.
