The RCPCH is pleased to announce the results of the recent Vice Presidential elections. Dr Simon Clark has been elected Vice President for Health Policy and Professor Nick Bishop has been elected Vice President for Science and Research. They will take up their posts on 6 March 2019. ​​​​​​​

Welsh Government continues to prioritise child health but ‘policies have to be delivered and enforced to reap the health benefits’ says Royal College of Paediatrics and Child Health (RCPCH) in ‘State of Child Health Wales: Two years on’ report.

The College’s national awards in paediatric training (the “PAFTAs”) have been presented to three deserving recipients.

We met with children and young people at community groups, schools and hospitals across the UK. They told us, "they are lifesavers" and that the NHS "helps people when they need it most".
