Registration fees will be refunded in full if cancellation notice is received by 17:00, Monday 1 April 2019. After this time, cancellations received up to 17:00 on Thursday 11 April 2019 will qualify for a 50 percent refund. No refunds will be made after this date.
No refund will be made for non-attendance on the Conference.*
If you need to change an attendee name, please inform HG3 events at least 72 hours before the event - email@example.com.
Cancellations by RCPCH and changes to event content
RCPCH events and courses are constantly updating and while we endeavour to deliver the courses as advertised, there may inevitably be occasions where we have to change content without prior notice or, in exceptional circumstances, to cancel an event.
