Pensions tax loading additional pressure on paediatric workforce, according to RCPCH survey of members

We surveyed 715 paediatricians in the UK to assess the effects of the pensions tax issue on services, morale, and work practices.
We call for the next government to invest in our workforce, put child health at the heart of policy making and implement health improvement programmes in every community.
