These resources are linked to the Paediatric Clinical Leads Development Programme. These comprise five 1-day modules that can be taken in any order, providing practical support, expertise and ideas for tackling the common and not-so-common challenges facing clinical leads.

Quality improvement

We launched a Quality Improvement Hub for sharing resources, tools, ideas and practical examples of improvement in practice. This is a new resource which is being developed over the next few months so feedback is always welcome.

"Becoming a clinical lead" handbook

We are planning a series of short guides specifically for paediatric clinical leads.

Sections planned include examples of:
