Cancer Research UK - Population Research Committee (PRC) Programme Grants

Provide long-term support for broad multidisciplinary research, led by outstanding individuals with an established track record. Grants can be awarded in the areas of early cancer diagnosis, prevention and epidemiology

World Cancer Research Fund - Seed Grants

Funds research into two themes – cancer prevention and cancer survivors. Each of these areas may be addressed either from the perspective of identifying the mechanisms that underpin the effect of diet, nutrition and physical activity on cancer, or by addressing the host factors that influence individual susceptibility to cancer development or progression, and so contribute to explaining variability between people in outcomes.
