National Institute for Health Research (NIHR) - Rapid Funding Scheme (RFS)

The Rapid Funding Scheme (RFS) offers researchers the opportunity to apply for funds to conduct rapid baseline data collection, as well as other feasibility work, prior to intervention implementation, for time-limited opportunities such as a natural experiment or similar evaluations of a new public health intervention.

National Institute for Health Research (NIHR) - Research for Patient Benefit (RfPB)

Funds health, public health and social care research covering a wide range of health service challenges. The aim of the programme is to fund topics and research methodologies that increase the effectiveness of NHS services, provide value for money and benefit patients.

National Institute for Health Research (NIHR) - Systematic Reviews (SR)

Funds systematic reviews to identify, evaluate, combine and summarise the findings of all relevant individual studies, to provide decision makers with the best possible information about the effects of tests, treatments and other interventions used in health and social care.
