BSPGHAN / Children's Liver Disease Foundation - Joint Start-up Research Grant

BSPGHAN and Children’s Liver Disease Foundation (CLDF) are co-funding start-up research grants with an overall aim of encouraging research in liver disease in children and young people. They aim to support preliminary research that will contribute significantly to a subsequent larger research grant proposal.

BSPGHAN / GUTS UK - Joint Research Awards

Provides financial support for the collection of pilot or proof-of-concept data. Applications are invited from clinician and scientist investigators, including Academic Clinical Lecturers, based at a UK university or hospital planning research studies on any topic within paediatric gastroenterology, hepatology and nutrition.

Cancer Research UK - Children and Young People’s Cancer Innovation Award

Supports novel and innovative approaches to childhood cancer research. Intended to stimulate new activity and collaborations, and to build capacity within UK paediatric cancer research. Projects should be focused on transforming our understanding of paediatric tumour biology and developing innovative new ways to treat, detect and prevent these diseases
