Healthy School Child Programme (HSCP)


E-learning for health professionals working with children aged 5-12 years. Free to NHS staff, this e-learning programme is available as part of the Healthy Child Programme 0-18 series and supports the delivery of the Healthy Child Programme - 5-19 years old (DH, 2009).


Developed for school nurses, community paediatricians, GPs and other healthcare professionals. The Healthy School Child Programme contains over 40 e-learning sessions covering a broad range of topics, including:

safeguarding | special educational needs | infection | nutrition | mental health | the child not at school
