PAEDIATRIC EPILEPSY BEST PRACTISE TARIFF: Information recently disseminated in a letter by Dr Colin Dunkley about the Best Practise Tariff for Trusts complying with a specific level of care for paediatric patients with Epilepsy can be downloaded here. A useful checklist to assist in ensuring compliance with the requirements of the BPT can be downloaded here(this NOT a Department of health document).
Round 2 is now underway. Audit units have re-registered and their new audit packs have been distributed. See our Getting Started document for important dates and information.
EEG units are recording cases from 1 January 2013 and will be circulating lists to their audit unit(s) monthly from February.
