We are delighted to announce we will have four guest speakers for our Hot Topics Session to keep us all up to date. There will be 5 clinical cases and 5 research / QI / Audit opportunities for presentations for selected trainees.
All members were invited to submit abstracts for the following sections of the meeting:
- Clinical case presentations: Highlight important or unusual clinical presentations, issues in relation to the diagnostic work up, management or complications. Five cases will be selected for platform presentation and a prize awarded for the best clinical case presentation.
- Research/ audit / QI presentations: Include original research work or audit carried out in any paediatric speciality. Five cases will be selected for platform presentation and a prize awarded for the best research or audit presentation.
- Poster presentations: Researchers invited to present their work in a poster format. A maximum of six posters will be selected and a prize awarded to the best poster presentation.
