Healthy Child Programme (HCP 0-5)



E-learning for health professionals working with pregnancy and the first five years of life. Free to NHS staff, this e-learning programme is available as part of the Healthy Child Programme 0-18 series that supports the delivery of the Healthy Child Programme - Pregnancy and the first five years of life, DH 2009 (PDF).


Developed for health visitors, children's nurses, GPs and other healthcare professionals. The Healthy Child Programme 0-5 contains over 70 e-learning sessions covering a broad range of topics, including:

safeguarding | communications and record keeping | immunisation | positive parenting | development | nutrition | mental health | speech
