Dr Nanduri is a Consultant Paediatician at West Herts Teaching Hospitals Trust.
She is an experienced paediatric leader with a longstanding commitment to training, assessment, and professional development. She has played a key role in the evolution of the MRCPCH examination and START assessment, serving as Chair of the MRCPCH Clinical Exam and RCPCH Officer for Examinations. As Head of School of Paediatrics for the East of England, she oversaw the expansion and success of the programme, increasing recruitment and retention. She champions excellence, equity, and inclusion in postgraduate education. Her leadership has helped shape national assessment strategy, support trainee wellbeing, and drive innovation in paediatric training and assessment.
Before becoming Vice President, she held the position of Officer for Examinations in 2020-25.
