Digital Services Act (European Union)

The Digital Services Act (DSA) is an EU regulation which places requirements on organisations that deliver a digital service in the the European Union and European Economic area. One of the requirements of this regulation is to provide a designated representative to act as our official contact within the European Union. RCPCH has appointed DataRep as its Legal Representative for the purposes of the Digital Services Act in the EU/EEA.

If you are an EU/EEA representative you can contact DataRep directly about concerns you may have or to report illegal content which you identify. You can also still contact RCPCH direct as well, if you prefer via our help centre request form.

If you want to raise a question to RCPCH regarding these issues via our DSA Representative, you may do so by:

  • emailing digitalrequest@datarep.com - quote 'RCPCH' in the subject line
  • complete the DataRep webform
  • mail to Data Rep, The Cube, Monahan Road, Cork. T12 HlXY, Republic of Ireland (mark the letter for DataRep, not RCPCH), or
  • phone +353 (1) 919 8899 (you will be asked to follow up the request by email)

When mailing inquiries you must mark letters 'DataRep' and not 'RCPCH', or the inquiry may not reach DataRep. Please refer clearly to RCPCH in your correspondence.

If you want to find out more about how DataRep will handle your personal data, please refer to the DataRep privacy policy

Please note, this is only for individuals who are resident in the EEA/EU and only for raising concerns or regulatory inquiries specifically relating to the Digital Services Act. Any other enquiries should be directed to RCPCH directly via our help centre
