Welcome to the autumn edition of Milestones, with a special focus on how digital innovation is changing paediatrics, from education and simulation to the way children and young people experience healthcare.
Among this issue’s features, we look at how artificial intelligence is shaping today’s educational landscape and how it can support learning experiences. We also enter the B-Hive immersive environment, where technological innovation is helping children prepare for procedures, manage anxiety and engage in therapy and play.
This issue explores personal and professional development, highlighting how continual learning can equip paediatricians with the skills and knowledge needed to better support children, young people and families in a rapidly changing healthcare landscape.
As RCPCH &Us celebrates its 10th anniversary, this network of children, young people and families took over Milestones, with reflections from parliamentary events, hopes for child health over the next decade and a colourful timeline charting its history.
