Invited Reviews request proforma

We are not delivering invited reviews as a temporary arrangement.

If you are considering an invited review, or have any questions, you can email us first and we can discuss your request: invited.reviews@rcpch.ac.uk. 

Notes for consideration in completing this form

  1. The information provided will be treated confidentially and will enable an initial assessment of the request for an invited review.
  2. This form should be completed by the Medical Director. If this authority is delegated, please ensure that you include the Medical Director’s details in the form and that they support the request to RCPCH for an invited review.
  3. We ask for the details of the Chief Executive for your healthcare organisation to ensure their support for the review and to enable RCPCH to contact them should the need arise.
  4. You will receive an email from the Invited Reviews Service (IRS), confirming receipt of your request submission.
  5. IRS will then contact you to request a confidential discussion to enable further relevant information to be gathered and for you to ask any questions.
