Under EU GDPR and the Swiss Federal Act on Data Protection (FADP), we are required to have an EEA and Swiss Representative who will act as our point of contact for EEA and Swiss residents and supervisory authorities, as we do not have a branch or office in the EEA or Switzerland. Our representative is DataRep. EEA and Swiss residents or supervisory authorities can contact DataRep with any privacy or GDPR queries or rights requests if they wish to do so, instead of directly contacting the College's Data Protection Officer.
