Thrive Paediatrics is our initiative focused on paediatrician wellbeing and working lives. Drawing on evidence from members across the UK and pilot Wellbeing and Innovation Networks, we’ve built a growing collection of resources to help individuals, teams, organisations and regions create better working lives.
