Carl Straw is an experienced Senior People & Culture leader with a strong track record of leading transformational HR and organisational development strategies across purpose‑driven organisations. He is currently Interim Executive Director for People & Culture at the Royal College of Paediatrics and Child Health, where he sits on the Executive Leadership Team and leads people, culture and leadership initiatives aligned to the organisation's mission and values.
