UNITE members have accepted a new multi-year pay offer, bringing the College staff pay dispute to an end.
We are pleased to share that UNITE members have accepted a new multi-year pay offer for all staff that was agreed by the College’s Board of Trustees on 26 June.
UNITE consulted their members and 97% per cent accepted the offer.
We want to thank our staff group, RCPCH members, partners and stakeholders for their patience during this unsettled period whilst we come to a resolution. We look forward to continuing to advance our work and service to members, to advocate for child health and to raise the standard of care for children in the UK, and globally.
