Milestones magazine for members – winter 2023

In this issue we look at child health inequalities in a broad sense. We explore how climate change anxiety can have an effect on children and young people's mental health and we hear from members on patient safety and resolving conflicts.

We also look at psychological safety and empowerment to manage working lives. Dr Guddi Singh and her Powering Up team talk about the Wellbeing and Health Action Movement (WHAM) tackling health inequalities through education and community.

Finally, we present our candidates for RCPCH President and share their manifestos.
