Established in 2009, Epilepsy12 has the continued aim of helping epilepsy services, and those who commission health services, to measure and improve the quality of care for children and young people with seizures and epilepsies.

Epilepsy Quality Improvement Programme (EQIP)

Our programme ran from 2019 to 2024, supporting paediatric epilepsy service teams in England and Wales to identify and implement local service improvements.

Our impact report details how incremental changes and whole-team training have enhanced patient care, addressed mental health challenges and improved outcomes for children and young people with epilepsy.
