RCPCH Honorary Fellows - 2010 to present

Each year we award Honorary Fellowship of the Royal College of Paediatrics and Child health to a small number of people who are considered by our members to have made a major contribution to paediatrics and child health through research, education, clinical service and leadership.

About

First as the British Paediatric Association and then, since 1997 as the Royal College of Paediatrics and Child Health, we have bestowed honorary fellowship on a selected group of individuals since 1928.

Any member or fellow can make a nomination. The RCPCH Nominations Committee assesses each individual’s contribution and makes a recommendation to Council as to who should receive the award. Awards are made for outstanding contribution to UK or overseas paediatrics and child health, or for service to the College. Nominees do not have to be paediatricians or College members.
