Other meetings

Three additional meetings take place annually to address the child protection training needs of paediatricians and ensure they gain the required competencies for child protection.

Biannually, peer reviews are held to discuss four difficult or complex child protection cases enabling paediatricians to evaluate cases and learn from alternative approaches suggested by peers across Scotland.
