Industrial action has been suspended this week whilst a new pay offer is considered.
On Monday 26 June 2023, the College’s Board of Trustees met and agreed to a new pay offer, which UNITE are now taking to its membership.
Whilst UNITE members consider this new offer, the industrial action that was planned to happen this week between 26 June 2023 and continuing each day up to 30 June 2023, has been suspended. The College has asked that UNITE advise on the outcome of the vote from their members by 10 July, where further updates will be shared with RCPCH members and stakeholders shortly after.
