Congratulations to all those who have been so deservedly recognised in this years’ Birthday Honours. It’s wonderful to see so many child health professionals among the list, including one of our own members and Fellow, Professor Jane Davies, for her tireless work and research into Cystic Fibrosis. I know Jane well and am delighted to see her career’s work acknowledged by the King.

I’m also delighted to see such recognition for others working in maternity care, cancer care, obesity prevention, and genomics. Thank you to these colleagues for all that you have done for children.
