The Workforce and Recruitment Board (WRB) is looking for a SAS Representative in a new role to help ensure that there is a voice for SAS doctors at the heart of College discussion around our workforce and recruitment issues.
When completing your application, please consider the following three questions:
- Which aspects of your day-to-day work life do you think would make you a good representative for the SAS community relative to (senior) paediatricians more generally?
- What do you think are the most pressing issues for SAS doctors/the SAS community?
- The role will involve not just quarterly meetings but also regular support of the College team; how do you plan to ensure you have the availability for this role alongside your current clinical/non-clinical commitments?
