More about this role
Applicants to this opportunity must be consultants in the UK health services.
Key responsibilities include:
- Organise or contribute to at least one regional Portfolio Pathway workshop each year, in collaboration with your Trust or network
- Act as a mentor and facilitator, helping supervisors and aspirants bridge gaps in understanding Portfolio Pathway
- Participate in assessment panels to support the College's timely review of applications
- Assist the Portfolio Pathway Lead to deliver online or face-to-face sessions for aspirants
- Contribute to publications or resource development as needed, and provide a short report on regional activity every six months
- Play a key role in promoting equality, diversity and inclusion, helping to ensure the pathway is accessible and effective for International Medical Graduates (IMGs) and all aspirants
