Advisory Appointments Committee (AAC) Training Day (online)

This event is for RCPCH members representing the College on an AAC. The AAC Assessor acts on behalf of the College to approve the job description and to take part in shortlisting and interview for recruiting substantive consultant posts in the NHS.

We'll start with an overview of the process, and then break out into workshop sessions to explore the tricky situations that may arise at shortlisting or interview stage.
