These charts are based on WHO Child Growth Standards, which describe the optimal growth for healthy, breastfed children. They are modified from the school age charts (2-18 years) and intended for children with growth or nutritional problems and in specialist clinics and special schools.
The CPCM chart extends to 20 years of age and features a body mass index (BMI) chart, low and high lines to monitor unusually short, thin or overweight children, puberty phase specific thresholds to assess small children with late onset of puberty and tall children with early onset of puberty, and Tanner stage graphs to assess detailed progress of puberty.
You can download charts below or see how to order paper charts. You can also explore our digital growth charts, which calculate centiles and integrate with electronic patient records.
