Louise has worked for the College since November 2011 in the People and Culture Division (formerly People Services team, HR & Organisational Development team). This has strategic and operational responsibility for recruitment, employee relations, occupational health, organisational development, employee reward, performance management and internal communications.
Louise is passionate about the development of people, in particular developing the next generation of senior leaders. Drawing on over 20 years of extensive experience of working at a senior level in highly complex organisations, she has developed a particular specialism in designing and delivering high quality bespoke solutions to help individuals, teams and organisations go from good to great. This approach saw the College receive one star from Best Companies, and saw the College feature twice in the Top 100 Best Not-for-Profit Organisations to Work For.
Louise is a ILM Level 7 Executive Coach and Leadership Mentor, an ILM Approved Tutor as well as a qualified trainer and workplace mediator. She is also a licensed user of a range of psychometric tools and personality inventories including Belbin, Hogan and MBTI.
